Welcome

In order to understand how the club came into being it would be necessary for you to understand those of us who formed the club and that's just not going to happen here - but I will try to give you a small insight into our world.

The majority of the founder members have been involved in "the scene" for longer than we care to remember (we're how old!!?!!). It would be almost a cliche to say that we bonded as brothers before this club was formed - I said almost. In truth many of us formed that bond of brotherhood when we were serving Queen & Country (or was that "Serving at Her Majesty's Pleasure" - I get the two confused)

For those of you who don't understand the concept of 1% I'd try to explain but to be honest it would be a waste of time. You either understand already or you never will.

We've been (on the whole) lucky (some say you make your own luck) the founder members brought a wealth of experience (yes we're old), experience of life, of strife and of what it is to be in an MC. Fortunately although many of us have experienced some of the "harsher" aspects of this lifestyle most of us survived to be where we are today. Those we lost along the way (most notably Rick & Psycho Chris) are sadly missed and never far from our thoughts.

So where are we today I hear you ask? Well to be honest the short answer is "right here". This is our little corner of cyberspace, it'll get updated as & when (if) we get the time. Of course given the choice between a party & updating a web page..... mine's a Jack & Coke ta.

Why Savages MC? - well why not?

Why Chapter Six? - Good question, I'm glad you asked....over to you Pres..

Seriously, we chose the name for our own reasons, they're private and you'll have to respect that privacy.

It's a similar situation with the questions "how big is the club?" or "how many of you are there?" . We're "big enough".... Big enough for what we haven't decided as yet (not quite world domination but it's early days as patch clubs go). Big enough to have fun, big enough to show up at several parties simultaneously...now that was a weekend to remember!

We have a similar philosophy to many of the other clubs out there, it's about camouradery, fellowship - Brotherhood. We've met (and partied with) some very cool guys (hopefully you know who you are). We have a mentor that has given us the benefit of his considerable experience and knowledge & continues to be a constant source of support and (to be honest) inspiration.

We have a President that works tirelessly to promote the club, to keep us on track & to ensure that we remain true to our values. We have a board of officers who give up their free time to work together for the good of the club (all except that lazy b*stard of a VP - he's useless).

Our FCM Brothers fly the flag, they are proud to wear their colours & we are proud to have them. Our prospects work their butts off...and although that's their job they all do it with enthusiasm and work hard to earn their colours. Our hangarounds....well they "hang around" (as you'd probably guessed from the name)...but they also fulfill a very usefull purpose (especially on cold nights).

It's impossible to give you even a flavour of who we are in this one page but what I will say is this - we're all friendly, open, honest & damn good looking too (and natural born liars every one).

If you see one of us around, please feel free to say "Hi" we don't bite.... OK that's not strictly true but say "Hi " anyway (and tell us what a cool website we have - this HTML doesn't write itself you know)
